  • Optional details you choose to share on the waitlist form (for example preferred plan, country, or how you hope to use KeepsVault).
  • Daily totals of page views and approximate visits, grouped by page.
  • Preferences stored on your device, such as language and colour theme.
  • A temporary marker in the current browser tab prevents every page from being counted as a new visit.

How we use it

  • To run this website and respond to waitlist or contact requests.
  • To email you about early access and related invitations — not marketing spam.
  • To understand how much the website is used and which pages are useful or need improvement.

Sharing

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We may use trusted providers to host the site, send email, or run the waitlist form, under contract.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Browser storage

  • The site stores your language and colour-theme choices on your device.
  • A temporary session marker is used only to count an approximate visit. It is not a persistent visitor profile.
  • The visit counter stores aggregate totals by date and page.

Your choices

  • You can ask us what waitlist or contact information we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete that information, subject to legal retention needs.
  • You can stop hearing from us by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by writing to us.

The product is separate

Vault contents, account security, and in-app sharing are governed by the product privacy notice you see when you sign up or sign in — not by this website page.
